We will use hemp & cotton canvas and recycled materials to make our own sun protection. Discover the beauty of working with natural, environmentally conscious fibers while enjoying the psychological benefits of joining others to focus on handwork.

Beading was taught to me as a way to heal, have conversations, and also connect with joy. In this workshop, we will learn how to bead a frog while also discussing the importance of the mountain yellow-legged frog and how we can learn from their experience of resilience.
